Does anyone know prices for:

BELLPORT COUNTRY CLUB
MILLERIDGE COTTAGE
WOODBURY COUNTRY CLUB

???

-OR have anything to say about them (good/bad?)

ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T DO MILLERIDGE COTTAGE...THAT WAS MY FIRST CHOICE AND I WENT AND SPOKE WITH THE BANQUET MANAGERS AND BOY WAS I UNIMPRESSED...WOODBURY COUNTY CLUB WAS VERY NICE I THINK I SPOKE WITH VINNY? NOT SURE THOUGH AND THE OTHER ONE YOU MENTIONED I NEVER WENT TO. THE MILLERIDGE IS BEAUTIFUL IT REALLY IS BUT I DON'T THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY GEARED TOWARDS WEDDINGS JUST MY OPINION.....HOPE THIS HELPS...

Im having mine at the woodbury- i cannot say enough good about it - they are willing to work with you! to cater to your every need - I know prices start at abour $125 pp, and up, I dont know what your looking for - but it's definitly worth checking out!

I am curios what you mean that Milleridge Cottage is not geared towards weddings.

My cousin was Married there 2 years ago and it was one of the best weddings I went to. The food was AMAZING.

i went to Bellport CC and wasnt impressed at all! It was 75$pp for winter and they didnt throw in anything! Even Valet parking i had to go get an outside company to do that!! Also to get to the CH room u have to walk through the ballroom which isnt anything spectacular! Anyway I said oh I Didnt want ppl do see the room and they said oh we put a divider up across the floor so ppl cant see....what a waste bc YES ppl can see and then the divder is across the floor and dance floor so ppl would trip! Nevermind the rest is in the same building so you have ppl walking around.....just wasnt my cup of tea!!!

I agree, I'm getting married there so it has to be geared toward weddings or I am in a lot of trouble. I do recommend the milleridge, their prices were amazing and I loved the BM we met with, and this was after visiting 10 RH's. What time of year were you looking to get married?

WCC - i was quoted $95 pp for a Sat night in June. Although the grounds and everything were beautiful, we did not book with them bc of the banquet manager we met. He basically stood the entire time we were in the room and didn't bother to explain anything to us. He passed us sheet after sheet and let us read it ourselves without saying a word. we were both looking at each other like ????. then to top it off, he brought in some appetizers and cheese and fruit and everything on the plate looked old and cold. the cheese had that crust on it. gross. we were disappoint bc of all the good things we heard about it, but we just couldnt find it in ourselves to book.

Milleridge - the reason why we did not book here was bc my cousin had her wedding here in the cottage. it was one of the best weddings we went to....very nice. we had a blast.

Id still go check out bellport...its really beautiful and in a beautiful area. The menu was nice and the room is gorgeous...

the thing that FH and I ( well, mainly me) is that the chairs dont match. they are blue and tan while everything else was sage and white...they wanted 4 bucks a HEAD for chaircovers...I couldnt get them to throw it in and that for me was a deal breaker..

Why not try Hamlet Willow Creek??

Bellport C.C. is beautiful... private and scenic. More than anything, the management made me feel confident that everything would be perfect. Robert has been especially accommodating. As for the chair covers, we were able to get them for $2 a chair. They'll help you work w/ in your budget to get exactly what you're looking for. We looked at 5-6 other halls and they were the best suited for us!

Where is Hamlet Willow Creek? That sounded nice also.

Thanks for the info. Maybe we'll go to all four. IF it was up to FH we would be getting married in DIsney though LOL. Its still a possibility.

I was just going to mention that 08 brides are booked there (meaning you Jess)!!!!

I was at 2 parties there and it's defenitely geared towards weddings....I think it's BEAUTIFUL!!!!
