does anyone know of an inexpensive local vacation spot?
we are looking to go away 4th of july weekend to celebrate our one year annuversary of getting engaged. we dont want to go too far... max 4 hours driving...where theres a beach and hiking. does anybody know of any locations that would offer us that?

Fire Island is a great place to get away, beach, cute little shops, and plenty of bars!

go to the poconos. it is beautiful. take a hike at bushkill falls on the boarder of jersey and pa. cheap and fun and not far.
