Island Estates is building now in Sayville and will be building in Manhasset. We almost bought one of the ones on Sayville.

The Bayberry was starting at $379,000 (that was in Spring '04.). They all varied depending on the location and then the Malibu had more square footage started at over $400,000.
The school distrcit line goes through the middle of the complex so some are Sachem and some are Sayville, so the taxes are different as well.

Setauketmeadows.com i think... they are builidng condos/townhouses (dont know the difference) in Setauket....

My parent's bought there and there's will be done soon. Since Spring they have gone up sooo much!!!!! I guess they realized they could ask more and people would pay. I think most of it is sold out already.

We were lookng at a house in Islip Terrace yesterday and it seems right off Carlton Avenue towards the Courts they are building on Fisher Avenue.
