Does anyone know what I can use to smoothly cut this Program template?

Here is a picture. I am thinking of doing these but I just need to know how to cut them out.

I would recommend using a regular paper cutter (like the slicing machines) to cut out the basic triangular shape. Then you can use a rounded corner die-cut (its like a hole punch but they come in shapes, and curved corners like this one) to do all four sharp edges.

The die cuts work pretty well and come in a variety of angles and degrees of 'roundness' . They have a 'guide' so you basically shove the square corner of paper into it, press down, and presto! professionally rounded corners.

You can pick up both items at any basic craft store.
