This really isnt in response to your question but Lord and Taylors in NYC has a great formal gown section for plus size MOBs....and there is a huge sale going on now.....My mom and I did very well there....also try Macy's (tommorow is SUper sale sat)

Yes they do- up to size 24 I think *NM*
