traditionally give a gift. my bp between traveling for the shower, bachelorette party, the dress my shower gift etc has spent so much and i'm wondering if they still need to give me a gift. do they usually give a gift in addition to all of their help??

usually they do give a gift. but if you dont think that its necessary then you should tell them that....but dont count on anyone of them saying the same thing when its their turn to get married.
since my sister and I are getting married within 8 months of each other...we decided to buy each other bridal shower gift...but no wedding gift.

2 of them are already married and i know although they might not reciprocate, i'm feeling very guilty that they are all spending so much.

I was the MOH at my sisters wedding. I got her a shower gift and wedding gift. Its the right thing to do. Just as she will for me now
