I know this sounds crazy but I want to have my dog Roxy walk down the aisle in my church. We got the dog together 7 years ago so its only fitting for her to be in the wedding. Do you think the church will allow it. I can make arrangements for her to be taken home after. I live only 3 blocks away. My fiancee thinks that everyone will think I'm crazy but I dont care.
By the way all of the dogs are so cute I am working on getting a pic of Roxy on here.

What would you happen if you just showed up with your dog without telling them ahead of time??? I mean, would they kick him out at your wedding at that point???

I don't know about that. The mother of one of my Fgs told me about a bride who had a little too much cleavage in her dress and the priest would not marry her. He said so infront of the whole congeration. If he see the dog, he might embrasses the bride, groom, their familes and their guest too.

My priest won't even allow children under the age of 5 in the wedding, so animals would most certainly be out of the question.
I have 2 dogs, and would love to include them, but I honestly feel like it would be way too much of a hassle. Also, remember that animals can be unpredictable in unfamiliar situations....

I might just have her in the pictures before the ceremony and I can dress her up a bit. I was thinking a lace collar and leash and maybe a few flowers. I found these pics online if I put her in this everyone would think I'm crazy. How funny would these be.
