You know what annoys me about this? JT works over night tonight, and because of this, he's working an extra hour.....but he's not getting paid for the extra hour. Isn't that not right?

Welcome to the world of Salary and Set payments. If I was DJing tonight... I wouldn't get an extra hour of pay since i am flat rate.
I am sure when JT works overnight in the spring when the clock advances and he works one less hour he will get paid the same as well.

He gets paid hourly, since technically, he is freelance. So do the other people. Usually they compensate them for anything that takes extra time. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets there and they catered dinner for them or something like that.
