Donation Card wording

For all the brides making a donation instead of having a favor.............what are you writting on the cards for your guests to know there was a donation made? I'm trying to figure out the proper wording.

we did:

with much thought and consideration we have chosen a special way of saying 'thank you' for being a part of our wedding day. In lieu of traditional wedding favor we have decided to make a donation to :
