I didnt do hair yet but I did my trial with oksana $35 + $5 for the fake lashes ( its $55 if she comes to you)
and $65 for the day of.

This is off the top of my head memory:

Day of Bride Makeup: $150 (airbrush)
Day of MOH/BM Makeup: $75

My hair trial was $95 and will be the same price for the day of. As for the makeup $65 for the trial and $55 for the day of. But if you buy $140 worth of their makeup, then the trial and day of is included in that price. That's what I di because it was only $20 more and then you get to walk out of there with all new makeup.

Makeup Trial - Jacqueline Nicole.....free trial, but $25 for airbrushing at trial
day of - $125 (with airbrushing )

Hair Trial - Jennifer From Faiytale Makeovers.....$25 for trial, applied to wedding day cost if booked (I did!)
Day of - $100 (minus $25 from trial)
