I don't like corsages, so we're not going to do that for the two mothers. A florist suggested a mini bouquet for each. My sister gave the mothers and sisters each a long-stemmed rose.
I'm not yet persuaded by those ideas, but wanted to do something on the wedding day.
What have other brides who nixed corsages done? I guess it doesn't have to be flowers, but what?

MY mil wanted a corsage so she got one. My mom had a mini boquet. It was fine.

We wanted something alternitive to a corsage, and I didn't like the idea of a bouquet for the mothers (and neither did they), so we went with a bracelet of flowers
Here is what we did... picture #4 from the top if what my mother and MIL wore.

Mom also had a bouquet, MIL had a corsage-her preference.

Just don't do anything. My mother, father, fh's sisters and my grandparents do not want them. They figured if you can't tell who they are then maybe you shouldn't be at the wedding IoI that and it saves Cash.

I'm buying pins for my grandmothers and then having the florist add a little bear grass to the back (to match my BM bo-k's). It's to symbolize them as the roots of our new family's tree. I'm thinking of getting something similiar for our mom's with baby's breath. I like the idea that it will last after the wedding day.
