dont want to weigh in tonite grr

i was so good with food all week (except last night i had a ww ice cream bar and lucky charms)lol n worked oyt 6 days this week. i really dont think i lost any 'lbs'. i gave myself a goal of 3 lbs just to get over the 10lb hump n im praying that i did. we ll find out at 6 tonite

but heres the good news...

week 1 -4.4
week 2 -2.6
week 3 -1.6
week 4 (weigh in tonight)

and i lost 3 inches off my hips and 1 off my waist. so i mean i guess its working but not as fast as id hope.

You're doing awesome!!! Keep up the great work! Have you ever tried or considered pilates??? It works wonders!!!! Or exercise using bands....?

Weight training is really good. It has helped me. You can do a lot at home (free weights) if someone shows you the bascis. Pilates is good as well!

Just a tip, I wouldn't give yourself number goals each week - that might just set you up for disappointment. Especially 3 pounds - that's a lot in one week. What happens if you don't lose 3 pounds this week? Are you just going to give up????

My recommendation is focus on the TOTAL lost each month....not each week. And focus on the non-scale victories too; i.e. the fact that you're exercising, eating healthier, lost inches, etc. It'll do a LOT more for your confidence
