Discount mugs. After they messed up my order the supervisor Nimet never called me back. Then, the csr called me back ( her name had the nerves to be Stephanie) arguing with me telling me that I would have to pay to return the mugs and I would have to pay for them to fix it. On top of all that, while I was speaking to her she put me on hold then sent me to her voice mail. I am so pissed right about now.
I am going to call the owner tomorrow and if I don't get a better resonse I am calling BBB AND any one else I can. They will not get any more business from. I just told my princaple about them because we was llooking for favors for our aeard ceremony for the parents. Discount mugs can forget it. They just lost out on something like $10,000 because we was order for 350 parents.

Wow that stinks i was going to order iwth them before i went through my jobs 'promotional' products person. FH and i just went through our pint glass favors and everything came out great no broken glasses!
