Don't you hate when you think things are going well.......................

and then you get a call and everything changes Seriously is it necessary for me to be ran through the mud more then one time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are douche bags then just admit it and move on so I can move on with my effin life!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will come to an end eventually Ren. My Mom just settled her case at zero hour while they were choosing a jury.

my old employer discriminated against me cause of my m.s. and I was forced to fire myself, now they don't want to admit they were wrong.

- news outlets
- dept of nys labor - there are laws against this, and there are state paid for lawyers that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR that should be able to help you out. It might take longer than paying for your own lawyer, but hey, less out of pocket!
- DEF contact the MS groups/orgs - the ones that organize the walks and bikes, they can DEF help, maybe even provide you with a lawyer themselves

You are so sweet I am at the very final stages of this I actually had an advocate from the M.S. society witness the meeting where they did all of this. Now they are playing the settling game and They won't appoint a lawyer to me unless my case has a hearing, so annoying!!!!! Seriously, thank you for your help, you are the best!!!

whoa! listen- no matter how something like this turns out, the fact that you are even fighting at it not taking it laying down is QUITE impressive. OBVISOULY i dont know too much about it, but I wish you the best. And just rememeber snce you are on the correct side of the argument, you can't really lose. You might not get the 'end' that you want, but right is right and wrong is wrong
