Ren what about a lawyer that gets part of the money if you win? I dont know about my moms lawyer. Hes a huge litagator in nyc. Steven harris. I know hes getting like 200k from my moms case ans he loves going to court.

Damn ok lost wages and punitive damages are taxable . this is why you need a lawyer ren . They can structure the settlement correctly
