Your doing your job & you have ALOT to do & then someone comes along that you have to check the\rri work & you find out it s all wrong & therefore creates even MORE WORK FOR YOU! UGH. GOTTA LOVE IT GIRLS!

Oh I totally know where you are coming from. We have a coworker like that and I need to check her work all the time and because her work product is under par and she has a hard time understand the right way to do things, instead of wasting more time and trying to explain it to her, I just end up doing it myself....
As I am writing this I am realizing that I am facilitating this bad behavior and she might stop coming to me to fix everything if I force her to go ahead and fix it herself. So I will try that next time.
But I totally know where you are coming from!
