Door-to-Door

Was just reading the thread on kids going door-to-door, and many people were under the impression this was not allowed anymore ..

So .. now I'm wondering .. if that's not allowed then why should religious organizations be pounding on my door every couple of weeks??? This bothers me more than if kids were knocking .. at least they're trying to raise money .. most likely for some school trip .. or special organization .. but adults, trying to get me to convert .. sorry .. don't try to convert me .. if I want a new religion, I'll search it out .. but I'm perfectly happy as is.

I agree with you about the religious organizations, but it's different because apparently we aren't worried about religious freaks' safety like we are with the kids. Just talk THEIR ear off about how there is no god and blah, blah, and they won't come back. My dad used to tell them he worshipped the devil, never really bothered us again after that!
