Doubting my dress

I know I shouldn't do this and it should not matter what people think. Today I was at Macys in Manhasset waiting in front of the Bridal Salon for my cousin admiring my dress is in the window display. Anyway while I was standing there waiting for my cousin these two women walk by look at my dress and say that the dress is horrible and tacky. Who would wear that?! The dress is not sure what it wants to be. They just shredded my dress. Well my stomach turned and they basically ruined the rest of my day. I know not everyone is going to have the same taste but I heard it and it still sort of bothers me. Oh well! I tried to laugh about it but I am not a little insecure about my choice now.

Honestly dresses can look ugly on a hanger or a mannegan but FABULOUS on a person!!

i wouldn't listen to them!!

When I saw my dress on the hanger I said the most awful things about it!! AND then I BOUGHT IT!!!!

I just looked at your album and I love it. It's so different. If I would have seen that in the store I would have def. tried it on. They don't know good style.

I know if must be hard to hear someone say that about Your Dress, but everyone is going to have completely different tastes!

I dont expect everyone is going to like my dress, and I'm sure many have tried on my dress and didnt like it, but its what I love! :)

I took a look at your dress and it really is gorgeous! You really shouldnt take to heart what those strangers said, eventhough it may be hard not to. Trust your heart, and think about the first time you put it on, and how much you fell in love with it! :)

Some women do not have class at all. YOUR DRESS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! ITS BEYOND GORGEOUS!!

Being realistic, not everyone will love your dress. Its impossible to please everyone. All that matters is that you love your dress. I'm sure you look beautiful in it. And I wouldn't take strangers opinions anyway. Just make sure you are happy and thats all that matters.

ok, this might sound super weird... but I've been searching for a specific look for a while, and i haven't found it yet... i was watching a re-run of dress finders (or whatever its called on the wedding channel) well there was a playboy model and she came out in this dress and i fell inlove, while its a little too sexy for me, but i figure hell, i can start looking into THAT style.... well i looked today and found nothing.. then i stumble upon your post and YOUR DRESS IS WHAT I WANT! (well I want to try on)... can you give me more info on it?? designer, approx price, etc.

also... your BM dresses, I love, can you give me info on them.

and as for those two woman- eff them... the only thing that matters is how YOU look and feel and how FH sees you... no one else.

Hon don't even stress over it. Everyone has a different taste. And you cant please everyone. The most important part is that you love your dress and know this dress is for you.

omg i wouldve been like 'ummm thats my dress ur talking about!!!'

i personally think that ur gown is sexy and gorgeous! its really different and i'm sure ur going to look beautiful in it! dont even give another thought to what those women said! they dont know jack!
