We have an appointment with Caffe on the Green on Sunday. Since we're coming from the Bronx we decided to kill two birds with one stone and look at Douglaston Manor. From what I understand the place has been renoavted, but what about the food?

THEY ARE OVER PRICED .. I WENT THERE FOR PRICES.. & THE ROOM THEY HAVE IS VERY NICE BUT SHAPED LIKE A T SO SOME OF YOUR GUEST ARE HIDDEN AWAY I PERSONALLY DIDNT LIKE IT

My friend went to a wedding there a couple of months ago she said the food was just O.K. nothing spectacular. I'm getting married at Caffe on the Green in February. Their food is awesome. Maybe you should eat dinner at DM one night and taste the food.

Douglaston Manor is smaller on the out side, and i heard Cafe on the green has better food... I was thinking those two places also, but to me they were small for the cermony....
