Re: Dr Scholls inserts
i've used 2 kinds, the all black ones and the clear ones for the balls of the feet only.
i felt NO DIFFERENCE!! i was really bummed too because my feet were killing me (one was for my eparty and one for my cousins wedding) but loved the shoes!

I have and to be honest, they were annoying!!!!! They made my feet sweat and they didnt stick well...but I used the rubber ones ( they were clear). I have seen the ones that are cloth with patterns maybe those would work better?

i tried the ones where its just a piece - like a gel thing for the ball of your foot - and that s-u-c-k-e-d....i want to try out the strip - its lines the entire shoe, so its like added padding everywhere i guess?

Yes I have used the ones that come three in a pack (black, brown and lepoard) and I think they work. They aren't going to make your shoes feel like slippers but I use them for when I am onsite for work -- 16+ hour days in heals running around a hotel.
I feel a difference and they are thin enough so you won't see them especially if your wearing a sandal.

yes those are the exact ones i was thinking of getting - i figure any little bit might help - i want to try to keep the shoes off for as much of the wedding as possible but once i change into my reception dress the sexy shoes HAVE to stay on my feet!

I've tried the clear ones but, they moved around inside my shoe. Very annoying!
