Yesterday I went to CT to go try on a Martina Liana dress that I lovvvvve! They don't carry her dresses on LI or NYC so a 3 hour road trip was the closest I could find it!!
But it was a successful trip and I put down my deposit yesterday for the Martina Liana #260!!! It is the dress of my dreams! I am so excited I could cry!!
Wow congrats! Is that the convertible one? (can be short too)

It is the convertible one- I actually fell in love with it before I realized that and I have no intentions of converting to the shorter one during the wedding. You only get to wear your wedding dress once! But the woman at the boutique said that I could take the shorter dress on my honeymoon to wear out to a fancy dinner with my FH! I loved that idea!
I am planning on wearing a veil (the kind that is just towards the back) for the church and then taking it off and switching to a flower ( I saw a hairstyle and flower in a magazine that is gorgeous!) for the reception.

Something Blue in Southbury, CT. I fell in love with a discontinued dress but no one has the sample. The CT store was able to borrow the dress from a store in Ohio!! So I'm trying it on this week! I'm so excited because I have loved this dress from before FH and I got engaged in June! I hope the trip is as successful as yours!
