How far in advance are you going to order your dress? I can't wait to start trying on dresses but I have a lot of time lol
i think around the 1 year mark
I just ordered mine and I am a little more than a year out. My dress takes a long time to come in so it really depends on the type of dress. Id also say around the 1 year mark

I ordered mine about 10 months before. It took less than 2 months to come in! You can buy your dress whenever you find the one - but be prepared to stop looking after you purchase! I saw a few brides on here who kept looking and second guessing their choices.

I just got my dress!! I would def recommend going to pronovias when you are ready!! It was such a fun experience!! They had many beautiful dresses to choose from!!

So If I get my dress early as soon as it comes in I have to pick it up? I can't leave it where I get it?
Im going to start shopping around the yr mark.. so that will be in Oct for me. I know some girls who have bought their dress super early though. For me, I dont want to shop to early. I feel if I buy a dress too soon I will still be wondering whats out there lol

It depends on the place. Some will hold it for you and some wont.
I would say 1 year. I ordered my dress in March and it's going to take 9 months to come in. It won't be in until Dec and they need 2 months for alterations. I’m getting married in March 2013. It will be just in time. ?
