i havent even decided what other dresses i like..they all seem to look the same to me..and i really love the idea of the black and white with red flowers..i think it would look really pretty..its a late october wedding...i dont want to do a fall theme..i honestly dont want to do a theme at all..i dont want to be tied down tol a particular color....

I think it is a nice dress and BM's in black w/ red flowers looks very classy but I am not to sure about the poka dots. It does not seem as formal to me

I personally don't care for the polka dots. IMHO, if the dress was all black you would get more of the formal feel and look you are going for.

I personally think that they don't really go with the whole motif at Atlantica...You should consider how the dresses, and everyone's attire with go with your reception site...

I think blue dresses would be very fitting for a wedding at Atlantica...

i dont want to match the room..my future mil and i both agree, with me in white, and them in blue, its going to be very blah..i honestly dont want to base everything on a color...i dont even want to do dresses with matching flowers..its just not me...i want to do bright pink, bright green, red and white flowers...and honestly with that i can do any color dresses...my biggest thing is that i dont want to be associated with any theme or any color scheme that i have to put in the room...the room itself is so beautiful that im doing minimal decor..maybe scattering rose petals everywhere...and lots of candles..but thats it...so i can really do any color dresses i want..i think black will look very elegant..so i can do just plain black...but i dont want an uproar when i announce that to my mom, fmil, and bridal party...

OK- YOU HAVE REALLY NICE TASTE!
Why does mom and FMIL care so much? (no offense to them!) they aren't wearing them! It's yours and the BM's choices! Everyone's entitled to an opinion but YOU make the final call!

I like the red dress the best however, would maybe consider going with a different color. Here's why...

I was suggesting a red colored dress for a friend who is getting married around Christmas time. She said that was originally her first thought, but one of her friends had a red bridal party and she noticed that that's where her attention was drawn to... the red dresses both at the wedding and when looking at the pictures.

I never really thought about that and now that she mentioned that, I think she may have a point. Red is a very stand out color against white. But I also think that nobody stands out more than the bride regardless of the color.

I love the black polka dot dress. Elegant and classy!! If you are going for black tie, evening wedding, i personally thing a floor length gown is more approprite for the gals, I just feel its mor elegant for an evening event.
