Dress Question

Has anyone ever changed their mind about their dress after ordering it. Originally I fell in love with a marisa gown but it was almost $2,000, so I decided to keep looking. I found a watters gown I really like for much less and ordered it at a trunk show. I lrecently found a Marisa gown that is similar to the one I originally liked on the bridesave website for only $99.00. Should I order it? I'm not sure what to do? any advice? Thanks.

If you feel you will be always second guessing your watters choice then get it. I mean in th egrand scheme of things, its 99 bucks, you could always order it and then see which you like better, ya know?

Just the peace of mind is worth an extra 100 to be anyday!

I agree about buying it and comparing. You can always sell the one you end up not liking the best!

for $99 I would probably get it.

I've wasted more money on things a lot less important than that!

Re: Dress Question

I'm assuming you got the point already but for $99, you should definitely get the dress. that's nothing in the scheme of this wedding stuff.

Re: Dress Question

If you don't feel comfortable ordering online, try what I did. I found my Marisa gown at RK Bridal in the city. They are a huge warehouse with major designers and they discount prices. They had my gown for @ $1260 and everywhere else had it for at least $1700. Since I wanted to order it on LI, I went to Macys and they matched the RK price, no questions asked!

Re: Dress Question

Thanks for all the advice ladies. I think I may order the gown. The only reservation I have is that the gown online is missing a button( which I did not realize at first). I emailed bridesave to find out where the button is missing. I may also try rk bridal and see what their price for the dress is and go back to the salon where I bought the first dress. Thanks again

I'm a two dress bride. I was fortunate enough to be able to return my dress and get a new one for about half the price. If the new dress makes you happy, go for it!
