Saturday 5/3- I will begin my dress shopping. I'm starting at Macy's Bridal and then David's bridal, since it's across the street from the mall.
I didn't get a good vibe from David's. It's only an 1 1/2 appt, i asked her if I was going to to be rushed and she responded that I can't go over my appt slot....i don't even have to go, but I wanted to go and see what they have.
Did anyone feel the same way?

Re: Dress Shopping
I went to Davids Bridal in Westchester and they were DOLLS!!!!! I had 2 girls helping me and I was there for like 2 1/2 hours. They let me try on dresses, tiaras, she styled my hair, let me take a bunch of pics--even posing ones... I had a great experience but I guess every place is different.

Re: Dress Shopping
I spent anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours in different bridal stores. It really depends on what the selection is like and how picky you are. I don't think going over the 1 1/2 hour mark will happen unless you find like 15 dresses to try on. And I highly doubt if they will throw you out, their business is to make money and the longer you spend in the store the more things you will see and presumably want.

Re: Dress Shopping
I went to Bridal Suite of Bayshore and they were nice. I actually only tried on about 4-6 dresses. I found the one that day and that was a wrap! Good luck!
