So, my vacation starts next Thursday, and I was thinking of starting to look for dresses. Where is everyone going???

I live in nj and just went locally..it depends on what you are looking for...i started out at more moderately priced stores and after I could not find what I wanted went to a more upscale place where of course i found the one..i also went to davids bridal before i started to seriously look just to get an idea of what styles looked good on me. Sometimes what you like doesn't look good on you..

I went to Macy's. they carry Demetrios dresses which are gorgeous. planning on going to some local stores as well. this is definitely a long process....

Try Estelle's Dressy Dresses on Rt. 110 in Farmingdale. You don't need an appt. They carry different desingers like Demetrios, Mori Lee, etc... Good Luck and have fun!

ive gone to macys and village bridal but both of these are very preliminary i really need to go somewhere that has a huge selection

I'm going to save that one for the summer. I just called my cousin and had her call her friend who works at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place to set up an appointment. I'm kind of wary cause I've heard about such bad experiences there....
