ok i went for my first appt last night and i had so much fun i really want to go again every day until i find the one!! so please help me out. how often did you go? did your mom and/or BM's go everytime? how often is too often or how far apart is too far? do you bring the same people every time or switch off?

I went 4 times.
First time w/my Mom and best friend. Second time w/my Mom, FMIL and 7 BM's. Third time w/my sister and best friend. Fourth time w/my mom and best friend.....and then I ordered it online!

I saw the dress online, went to the store, tried it on, I looked hot, bought it!
LOL!! i tried that but the sample kleinfeld ordered for me had to get sent back for a trunk show before my appt. so im gonna try ordering it again...

I went three days during a week when my mother was down visiting me. I only went to three places (one each day) and it was just me and my mom since I live in NC. I did go one more time with a friend of mine to try the dress on before I ordered it and get a second opinion. I did e-mail the pics of me in all of the dresses to my BM's. Good luck!

I went last week to David's Bridal with my mom and sister (MOH) and fell in love with a dress there . i have it on hold .. then today I went to Princess Bridals (with my dad he is visiting up from Florida) and actually fell in love with a dress there too and have it on hold ... so now i think i am gonna go back to each place with my mom (since she is paying for it) and sister and try them on again .....
decisions decisions .. kills me

I went 10-15 different places two of them i went back to 2x.....i only went with my mom and MOH once i went with Mom and another friend but felt like i wanted my MOH to see it....in the end after 30+ gowns MOH didn't want to come anymore so me and mom went .....shortly after that.....I found my gown @ reem acra... Go as many times as you want go back to the same place as many times as you need but i would only take one or two people so as not to confuse your decision...good luck

I went to Wedding Atelier with my mom and a close family friend, it was the 7th dress I tried on and I knew immediately!
Unfortunately, I also had a reservation at Kleinfield that day that I had to keep or they would have penalized me for canceling..so 2 places, but I was barely looking at Kleinfield..was in and out in about 30 min, went back to Wedding Atelier and bought the dress!
