Is anyone else wearing long, drop earrings on their wedding day? I was planning on treating myself to this beautiful simple pair of earrings that's a single pearl on a 1.75' sterling silver drop chain but last weekend this lady at the gown store where my mom bought her dress told me that no bride wears a long earring on their wedding day. So now I'm having second thoughts. Anyone??

Mine are long too! Dont listen to that woman she doesnt know what shes talking about!!! Do what YOU want its YOUR wedding! Im sure the earrings are gorgeous! =))))))))

i wore my hair up and STILL wore big earrings! my dress was plain and i felt like i needed something extra.....i loved my earrings! wear what YOU want - that lady doesn't know what she is talking about..........

i am def wearing drop earings .. i just went through somthing similar i said i wanted to wear drop earings and a chunky dimond braclet no necklace and everyone said 'WHAT?! NO NECKLACE?!!!!' do what makes you happy.. =)

What is she talking about?! I love how people just offer their opinion on such personal things . I can't believe she would say that after you told her you were wearing them. That's so rude.
I'm wearing hot chandelier earrings and you should wear your long earrings too. Don't let her comments make you second guess your choice.
