drop off reception stuff

drop off reception stuff

how soon before the wedding is it ok to drop off all the receoption stuff?
like the flutes, cake server, menus, cameras, guestbook, etc??

i have an appointment 10 days before the wedding to pay the balance of what we owe... the BM told me to drop the stuff off then.

i plan to do it the day before, or 2 days before.

your hall usually will tell you when you can drop it all off.. for us, we did it the Tuesday before our Sunday wedding

We did it the Tues before our wedding, which was 3 days later. But that is when the sales mgr at the hall said to come in. You can do it now, I think since you got 5 or so days left. Just call your hall and ask. And also label all the boxes with your name and your husband's name and the wedding date and what is in it.

We dropped it off Friday for our Sunday wedding - Giorgio's has a place that they lock your stuff so you don't have to worry about it getting 'lost'.

I think we dropped our stuff off on Thursday & Friday before our Saturday PM wedding ...

I would only drop off the day before. I wouldn't want it getting misplaced or confused with another brides items.
