We have like 10 last minute cancellations! Two of which are/were so called 'best friends' of mine ... Glad I never went by that term while choosing bridal party!

That sucks! I know the feeling - I had a bunch the days leading to the wedding - don't worry, you won't miss anyone that's not there - you'll have a blast w/ those that are!
