DUET question: tax

Does anyone know if the package prices that Duet quotes include tax?

Or is tax and tip going to be additional to the prices they give?

Re: DUET question: tax

Tax is in addition and gratuity is mandatory..at least it says what the tip should be on my contract.

Re: DUET question: tax

Is it smart to pay in cash?

If you have a problem then you NEED to get a receipt for your cash payment (of course)

Sometimes if you charge it you can dispute it gosh forbid you're unhappy or something happens!

Re: DUET question: tax

That was one reason I paid part before and the rest only after I got my video. But duet is very customer service oriented so I doubt there would be a problem..I was just paranoid.

Re: DUET question: tax

they will wiave the tax if you pay in cash. I don't think it's a problem. most places i've gone to will only take cash for the remainder of the payments anyway.

My contract still says I gave 400 as a downpayment even though it was in cash. They just put a credit for the tax so the whole amount will still be on your contract.
