We are using them and very happy with our choice. They are very reasonable too. I don't have my sheet with me to see what our package includes, but this is what I can recall off the top of my head:
We are getting two photographers for practically the whole day, tons of proofs, an album, two parents albums, an 8 by 10, 85 thank you cards, and a video for 4000. ( I am probably forgetting some stuff).

I have heard only positive things about them. There is a huge Duet thread with lots of proofs and info.
