dumb question but really confused?

who sets up all the little details at the wedding.. like placing fans on ceremony chairs, putting out programs, decorating the isle with chair bows and all those other little detials.

If i make these things myself do i have to pay someone to put them out like the florist or someone... im so lost.

Well, your florist will set up your CPs at the RH but if your not getting married on site, you will prob have to assign that job to someone you trust who is not in the bridal party, like an aunt, cousin or someone. Designate someone to hand out programs when the guests arrive, have someone get there early to set up the pew decor, and put down petals if you are doing that before everyone walks,
remember to have your isle runner put out before either you or some people do it before the first girl in the BP.

but like I said the ceremony decor is usually not done by the florist if you are getting married off site from the RH and are not getting fresh flowers from the florist for the ceremony. I know for me the florist wouldn't drive out to the church and then to the RH since they're about 35 mins apart.

Usually you bring a big box of all of it (with directions if you're like me!!) and the RH does it for you.

Exactly! And if not have a good friend thats not in the BP set it up for you!
