I am looking for e-mail addresses for hotels in Riverhead so that I can inquire about hotel blocks. I already was in contact with the Holiday Inn Express and Hotel Indigo and they both said they are sold out nine months in advance!!!!!! I guess the two biggest contenders remaining are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hyatt Place. If anyone has e-mail addresses for their group booking agents I would appreciate it. TIA.
Im not sure of the hyatt but we booked with them for our wedding next month and i loved them until now...they keep telling me they added more rooms to the block and 3 people called to book and they say they are sold out unless they connect to the sales guy who did our contract and go there him, it has become rather annoying because i have called 3 times and nothing has gotten fixed

Honestly Jimmy is great! He is really working with us alot, i would highly recomment him and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
We are doing the hyatt, and working with Jimmy. He has been great. I just called vs email, and left message for sales, he got right back to me.
I went to the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead yesterday and chose them on the spot! They were wonderful and their prices beat the prices of Holiday Inn. Julianne helped me and she was so informative! [email protected]
