How many of you are having an engagement party? If yes, where are you having / had yours? I am not sure if I will have one yet.

We're not having one... but next weekend our immediate families, grandparents and our good friends are going to my mom's for a BBQ and party to celebrate.

We had one a couple of weeks ago...in my parents backyard, just bridal party and immediate family...no other friends....all and all only like 30 people, it was perfect!

I got engaged in 06, but I'm only getting my 'offical' ring next week..I kinda wanted to throw a little party but I feel its too late..plus I don't really have the money...so I doubt I'll have one

We were engaged X-mas eve and my parents threw us a party 3/8/08 at Cap't Bills in Bayshore. It was close family and bridal party about 80 people.

We are having a Luau themed backyard thing at FH's parent's house in August- pool, food, music, horseshoes, and drinking!! It should be really fun though, sometimes those things are the most fun :) We have invited about 80 people.

We are actually having a low key joint 4th of July/E-party. We are having it in our backyard and you can see the Jones Beach fireworks from our deck!
