I am so upset... we have our hearts set on the Inn at East Wind- South Hampton side with the staircases- we love everything about it- heard great things- tasted some food at a show- then the worst thing happened... friends of our went to a wedding at the estate 2 weeks ago & said the food was HORRIBLE. That they think they got food poisoning! What do I do! Now they are all talking about the fact that WE want to get married there but the food was soooooo bad!! HELP! What do I do?
I had my wedding there and went to 3 others and each and every time the food was delicious. I would not worry. I agree that this must have been a fluke.
I just had my wedding there on 8/20 (Country Gardens). The food was fantastic...people still are raving! Maybe it was a one time thing. It's bound to happen eventually. One person got sick from my party from the food, but that was because he had something that was cooked w/ shellfish and he is allergic...not the same thing as food poisoning.
