East wind staff at hotel very rude. In accommodating. Bridal staff wa atrocious was just in a wedding there. Hotel and grounds gorgeous. Coctail hr food great and dinner was okay. Not great

Really? I'm shocked BC I've dealt with them numerous times regarding our block, extending it, etc and they were always super accommodating. If someone or several people there were rude to my bridal party i would def nip it immediately and contact the owner. No one should be treated as such on their wedding day!

I've also had nothing but positive experiences so far. Any I know 2 other people who got married at East Wind and had no complaints at all, they both raved about their weddings and the food and the staff. I guess every place is bound to have an off day once in a while though.

Same here East Wind has been nothing but great to us! I am sad to hear of a bad experience but hopefully all our good experiences outweigh the bad!!

Yeah I'm sure they have more than 1 off day lol. But the food was good at cocktail hour and the hotel very very cute.
