Ebay - best purchase and worst purchase ?

Best purchase - my tiara - I think it was < $30

Worst purchase - I bought the underskirt for my wedding dress and when it arrived it was a piece of craap. I threw it out, and I haven't used ebay since.

Best - Too many to list. I've purchased over 100 items and that's not a drop in the bucket compared to some!

Worst - 2 crappy purchases, but it's my own fault. I should have read the item details more closely and questioned the seller. I didn't lose much money on the items, so I didn't freak over it.

You bid, you win, you learn!

best: my tiara, lenox butterfly box, STD magnets (any of my weddig stuff)
worst: stupid little butterfly charm I got for like $3 (woould have only paid like $.25 when I saw it.)
But I have a funny story....We were new to Ebay and did not read things carefully, my FH was looking for a trainer for his work equiptment. We bid on a old uhaul trainer. I mean this thing looked beet up. Said it needed new tired etc. Won it for like $20 buck of something CRAZY LOW. when we asked how the S&H was only like $5, the sell said because it's only like 3' big We realized it was an old toy. Needless to say, lesson learned 'READ EVERY DETAIL' & she was nice enough to drop our auction obligation.
