3 items were retracted. The person who bid on them is not a registered e bay user but has 2 positive feedbacks. But it seems like ebay is the one who retracted the bid. Did you ever have this before??? I don't understand how one isn't a registered user but still can bid? I thought you had to be confirmed???
I don't understand either. Three different times an unregistered bidder bid and they never paid. So I now put in my sales...registered buyers only!!! All three times they ended up getting suspended. I still have to pay for the listing thought, I just get back the final value fee.
Jenn, they suspend them but then the person just changes there info...new cc work address etc....one person already said that is what they do. I wrote them back a pretty nasty email!!!
I am weary about buying from people who switch names, you can see if they do, there's a little people icon next to their name.
Well at least you still have a bidder...like I said mine was the winning bidder and they never paid!! Happened 3 times. Make sure when you put your item up forsale you write 'Only registered bidders).
