I bid on a book a while back and won. The seller sent it to my house and the mailman could not fit it through the slot so it got sent back to the seller. I e-mailed the seller and she said she would re-send it to my work address. She said it wouldnt be for a few weeks because she was going on her honeymoon, and me being sympathetic said no problem. Well that was like 2 months ago and now I can't find the e-mail on AOL and on E-bay I can't look up items i have won after 30 days have passed! Help - how do I either contact EBay or track down the seller to tell her to forget it and refund my $$!!???

If you paid by paypal contact paypal. Otherwise, click on the site map at the top of the screen on Ebay, then search for the appropriate topic. They will get your money back for you. If you paid by check or money order, see if there is a way for you to cancel it.

Thanks, I just found it thru paypal and e-mailed the seller for my $$ to be refunded!
