Who knew that favors would be such a big debate! My parents wanted us to do a charitable donation, like my sister did, but FH wants to do an actual favor. I have zero desire to debate this and he hasn't asked for much in the planning process, but I think going the edible route is the best way to go. I don't want to waste money on something that people are just going to throw out.
Would you ladies who are also doing edible favors mind sharing your vendors and maybe some price quotes so I can get an idea of where we should be budgeting for this? Thanks so much!!!

I like those, they are so cute. I was thinking of the chocolate covered pretzels, or rice krispie treats from a vendor I saw at the Martha Stewart Wedding show. They were awesome, just don't have prices from them yet.
Do you have a local vendor for them, or someplace online?

Edible favors
This was along time ago, but i remember for my sweet 16 (lol) my mom did little boxes of Chocolates from the sayville chocolatier. The boxes had Jordan's Sweet 16 and the date on it.

Edible favors
My FH's best friend did an edible favor last year. They ordered chocolate from the Candy Man in Orient. He got little boxes of chocolate with about 4 pieces each, I think. He also ordered sugar free ones too (my FH is a type 2 diabetic)
I wish we took more than one each they were so delicious.
A friend of mine got married in September and they did AMAZING truffles from Afresh Approach in Bay Shore. If I was doing edible favors, I would have definitely checked them out first.

My venue luckily had an option for a 'send off.' So we decided to go with the pretzel cart. I know you are able to hire ones, I think it was mentioned in another thread. I'm just deciding if I want to get like personalize napkins or bags to put the pretzels in.

This! I tired their truffles at an expo, they were amazing! I've heard a lot of good things about them. And someone else mentioned above about Sayville Chocolatier, their chocolates are also very good. A little cheaper I think then Afresh Approach.

Edible favors
Friends of mine got married in October (a few years ago) and got apple cider donuts from one of the farms out east. They were packaged in little boxes of 2, one per person. They were PERFECT the next morning!
