How many guests and how much are you willing to spend per person?
At least 220....we just found out that FH's family from Malta will be here that weekend and have to have them there...my RH only holds 180
About 220 guests....flexible on price....any ideas?
Carlyle on the Green is absolutely gorgeous and they do the ceremony on site if you need it...they can definitely more than 220 guests

For Carlyle in Sept I believe with tax and gratuity it comes out to about $250 per person
If you give an exact price range that might help the suggestions...

you should just call alll the places. i'm sure they will give you a really good deal b/c it's so last minute!!!!!! Even try the ritzy manhattan ones. you'll be surprised how low they will go to just book the hall.

I just email the scotto bros. properties. I know Land's End is already booked for that day...I emailed Flowerfields and a few others but of course I won't sleep yet again stressing.....![]()

i would just call around ASAP....the date is SO soon!!!!! I'm a jericho terrace bride which is in nassau county, but they're rooms are breathtaking and they should be in ur price range. i do know they're already booking into 2010 but they have rooms that accomadate your size so u can try! I'd just search through all the vendors on here & call them all TOMORROW!!! lol. i noticed ur on the water in oakdale....u could also try window's on the lake????? And also Lombardi's on the Sound in Port Jeff. and Smithtown Landing Country Club(not sure about the size on this one) .....GOOD LUCK!!!! everything will work out!!!

Then DEFINITELY call Land's End and Westbury Manor - Westbury Manor should be less then that and Land's End falls right in there and that's when it's not on such short notice. This close to the actualy date you're likely to get a good deal since if they aren't already book, the odds are against them that they'll have a wedding on that date!!!
Also, Crest Hollow Country Club does 3 weddings at a time so if that doesn't bother you, there is a def chance that they'll have space.

What about East Wind? The Estate could totally hold your reception.
