Enchanted Video -HELP-- wont rtn my phone calls

Hi,

I have a big problem...
My wedding was 6 months ago and I have yet to see my video. I hired Enchanted Video, He was great during the day of the wedding and before.. but now he pulled a disappearing act. I call him everyday and leave a message with no phone call back.

What should I do?

Maybe everyone here call his number 917 334 6299 and tell him needs to return the phone calls to people who paid him?

Seriously, what should I do.?

Seriously, I would check the BBB to see if there have been any previous complaints and go to the videographer's office. Also ask brides here if anyone has used them and what their experience was like.

Maybe they are away for the summer?

I had the same problem..........any updates? My wedding was in July 2008. We are showing up to the bridal shows (he always seems to be there).... I sent him a certified mail letter. If I don't hear from him we're going to contact the BBB also.
