With this heat, the E-party being last month and all the craziness with that, my sister's situation, etc etc etc... I have had very little ENERGY (i have the time, I'm not going to LIE) to get up and go to the gym... and I feel like CRAP because of it.
PLEASE LADIES-- some words of wisdom, a 'get out there and go you tub of goo', ANYTHING would help me right now because honestly: I really want to go to the gym, I DO but somehow: it has not happened in about a month
I can't believe I admitted that HELP
ETA: am I the only one who has just not had the ENERGY or desire to lately?!!!

I can't even tell you the last time I went to a gym I take long, fast-paced walks every now and then. Maybe try that sometimet his week and get into the swing of things, and maybe you'll want to get back to the gym...
