So some people say absolutely not and some people say of course.

What do you girls think, is it customary to get the FH an engagement present?

I got my FH an engagement gift, but I don't think it's necessary

i did, i got him a movado watch..and i got it engraved on the back, i wanted to get him something since he spent money to get me something...but it isnt necessary!
