Engagement Party Cake Needed

My Fiance and I are big fans of Cake Boss along with all the other cake and cupcake shows.
We are having a BBQ themed Engagement Party and would love a 3D cake, but would like it to be somewhat affordable.
We are in Nassau County... any recommendations on places to call???

I have used the velvet divas before to make us a beach themed cake and they did a great job! They made the sand out of gram crackers and the water out of marshmellow for a smores type of cake. They only do custom cakes and desserts and were really affordable.

They did a penguin cake for one of my friends and it was sooooo nice! They have a facebook page where you can see a bunch of their work.

I will probably be buying a grooms cake from the Cake Gallery... not sure where it is, but they are really nice there and make great cakes. They have a website and are also on FB.

I don't know what you consider affordable, fondant cakes are expensive. We looked into Taste in Syosset, but I think we may go with City Cakes (in the city).

The sweet peace in lynbrook did an amazing job on my FHs grooms cake. You will not be disappointed with them! (its a race car drivers helmet, lol)

try cakes for occasionz

im meeting with them on tuesday for my wedding cake

they did my gfs bridal shower and wedding

she has bbq themed cupcakes on her website that are so cute! im sure she can transform that into a cake!

ps she is very affordable!
