I am looking to see if anyone knows someone who is looking to start there own studio and develop their portfolio and do some engagement pictures for cheap.
Had someone but she is not responding to my emails.

Sometimes your photographer will give you a great discount on e-pics also!

Actually I'd go on Craig's List and look for photographers looking for TFP (Trade for Print). Meaning they're looking to build out their portfolio with pictures of you and in exchange you get prints (or a cd of your images.) But you can probably just search TFP and come up with a LOT of results. It's something new 'models' do a lot because they don't want to invest in headshots and they want to build out their portfolios with different photographers and shoots.
