I'm not having an e-party, but I am still receiving gifts from family and friends so I went to pick out a thank you card and spent over an hour in the place. I just want a simple horizontal flip-up blank inside card with our names on the front and a possible design. I was trying to decide b/w the ring or hearts and even the color of the card itself. I'm so indecisive...Do you think a silver card with two open hearts in red with our names in red is ok or should I just stick with white?

I think the red is cute! Ours matched our Invites for the Engagment party. And they had our names on the front in periwinkle and were blank inside. Go with whatever you like.

i just went to the 50% off card store.. they had pre written ones that said engagement gift. and thye were PERFECT!!!
ETA: i too didnt have a party but wanted to send out thank yous! HTH

theres a place in west babylon on montauk highway. in the parking lot with joanns and the dollar tree and hollywood tans and blockbuster. theres a 50% off card store. they have some really great ones as well as ones that just say THANK YOU in script on the front and a blank inside.. i think i got 25 cards and envelopes for like 3.50

so then the place above is a little far. but i think people dont really care what the card is. they just want to read your note. so a blank inside is just as good!

they have the 50 per cent off card shops all over i think?? I saw some pre written ones for engagement gifts and they looked realyl nice..

I went to 2 Cards for Less stores on my lunch break and they both had them, but they were kind of cheesy. I think I'll just go with the ones I originally ordered, even though I'll change my mind again before the order is finalized!!

I actually grew up in VS and now live in Lynbrook!! I know there are so many places, but I think I'll stick with what I know.
