Engagment Party! pics

and i hurt my back and i can't stand up straight!

I coach a middle school gymnastics team and during our last meet today I went to move the spring board after a girl used it to get on the beam and i pulled the muscles in my back.

i have one a heating pad and im taking so pain killers but i'm so upset right now. ive been looking foward to dancing at the party for months now

I was in the SAME situation when I had my engagement party...I had hurt my back weeks before and it was getting progressively worse and worse until the day of the engagement party when I was using a large umbrella as a cane...

...I took some anti-inflammatory medicine and was able to keep the heating pad on without it showing when I put on my dress, and walked very slowly

everyone said they would never have known if I hadn't told them later that I was suffering from serious back pain

thanks girls!

i felt a pop in it last night when i was sleeping and now i can stand straight!! still sore tho but i should be ok for tonight! i went to get a pedicure and the massage chair felt sooo good on it. so some more heating pad and an icy hot patch and ill be all set!

hey girlies! we had an awesome time at the party! i put some pics up in my photo album. the food was great (Emerald Caterers) The DJ kept people up all night (party up productions) and everyone had a awesome time!
