and i hurt my back and i can't stand up straight!

I coach a middle school gymnastics team and during our last meet today I went to move the spring board after a girl used it to get on the beam and i pulled the muscles in my back.

i have one a heating pad and im taking so pain killers but i'm so upset right now. ive been looking foward to dancing at the party for months now

it was at the hibernian halls in babylon. its like a block away from the babylon train station.

the malibu and cokes helped wih that! and i kept an icy/hot patch on during the party lol i think i was running on so much excitement and there was so much going on that i didnt even think about my back the entire time i was there.
